It is in the middle of the blooming of the rhododendrons and pine lilies, what could be more beautiful than having the big day at Haaheim.

From 12-3pm there is lunch on 17 May

Smoked salmon tartare with side dishes

Carrot soup with chilli-fried chickpeas

Oven-baked cod with brown butter/ capers, mashed potatoes and broccolini

Pig wings with corn mash and barbeque sauce

Pavlova with fresh berries Cakes

3-course lunch NOK 695 (or individual dishes)
