It was Haaheim Gaard that took home the audience award “Environmental Lighthouse of the Year 2025”!
The Inspiration Award is an audience award, and Haaheim Gaard was one of four finalists who participated in the digital vote. Haaheim Gaard was very engaged and received by far the most votes from the finalists. This makes them the winner of the "Inspiration of the Year 2025" award.
- With a clear ambition to safeguard both people, nature and local culture, and as an Environmental Lighthouse since 2022, Haaheim has worked purposefully and structured to improve the environmental aspects of the farm's operation. This has yielded good results, and they are well-deserved winners of this year's inspiration 2025, says Ann-Kristin Ytreberg, CEO of Environmental Lighthouse.

We are pleased to invite you to a kick-off meeting for a new group of leaders at Haaheim Gaard January 27–29, 2026. Several hundred leaders have completed Human's leadership development program, LED , in recent years. We start new meetings every year in January and August.
