At Haaheim Gaard, there are excellent settings for small conferences, courses, meetings and other gatherings. If you want a small hotel with soul and character, with good food and good experiences - then this is the place. .
Haaheim has 24 rooms in various categories with a total of 58 beds, our stately suites have their own sauna.
For meetings and conferences, we have our boardroom "The Wine Cellar" with space for up to 10 guests/meeting participants and the "Concert Hall" with space for up to 50 conference guests. We have the "Hagestuen" with space for 20 people and we have the "Malene salon" with space for 10-12 guests/meeting participants.

In addition, we organize discussion groups, screen group work or walk&talk out on a trip. Creativity flourishes when you can work with innovation and idea development in the Veksthuset.
We create gastro walks, wine tastings and historical walks for your group and tailor the conference or board meeting to your needs.

THE WINE CELLAR
Space for 10-12 participants
In the Wine Cellar you sit in the middle of the main house, but well shielded from other guests. The room has a projector and screen, good light and ventilation.
THE CONCERT HALL
Space for 50 participants
The concert hall is a bright, pleasant and flexible room that is used for dinners, parties, concerts - and also larger courses and conferences. We can arrange for classroom layouts, for horseshoes - and for small tables. We have a projector in the ceiling and a large screen. Direct exit to garden room and terrace
THE MALENE SALON
Space for 10-12 participants
The Malene salon is a bright and pleasant room with a view of the garden. The salon has room for 12 meeting participants. The room has direct access to the terrace.
At meetings and courses, we use a screen for presentations.
THE GREENHOUSE
Creative processes for smaller groups
The growth house is the arena where smaller groups can have good discussions, find new thoughts, motivation, inspiration, creativity, excitement and positive growth energy. We can arrange and facilitate idea development processes on request.
